How to use our sauna?

Not many of us have the luxury of having a sauna at home so need to use equipment from a gym or recovery room such as ours. With using saunas there are certain rules or do’s & don’ts you should follow….

  • Before entering after your workout take a quick shower before using the sauna
  • Upon entry & upon exiting close the door as timely as you can in order to keep the sauna as hot as possible on the inside
  • Do you go in naked or with a towel? Each place has its own rules… we ask our guests to wear a towel & or beachwear garments such as shorts or bikini suits at all times.
  • Keep good hygiene practices at all times by trying to sit on a towel & & take it with you when you leave
  • If the temperature is too hot or too cold ask the guests around you to get a general consensus before making any changes
  • Should you want to change the temperature you must always ask a member of staff to make the changes
  • A sauna is a place of relaxation so ensure to not talk too loudly & behave correctly to respect other guests
  • Do not at any time shave, brush hair, or groom during your visit to our sauna
  • Under no circumstances do not leave any litter, band-aids or other items you have brought to the sauna
